GVC Inaugural Cruise
Time & Location
About The Event
Join Girls Vacation Club (GVC), and women from across the country on a 6-night voyage through the Caribbean. Start your vacation on the beach of sunny Fort Lauderdale, Florida and board Royal Caribbean’s Independence of the Seas on January 25, 2019. As you get settled in your stateroom, and await your first gourmet dinner at sea, take a stroll on the deck of the ship to map out your week. Touting some of the best accommodations and activities at sea, the Independence of the Seas is sure to please even your pickiest girlfriends. Spend your evening bar hopping at one of the ships many bars and lounges before spending your first full day on the white sand beaches of Nassau, Bahamas.
With an ice skating rink, rock climbing wall, world class theatre, miniature golf, outdoor movies, and a surf simulator, you can’t run out of things to do during your day at sea on day two. Challenge the girls to a surfing competition, or relax at the spa or onboard salon. In the evening, attend an ice skating show at sea after eating a delicious three course meal in the main dining room. The next day, spend a day relaxing on Royal Caribbean’s private beach in Labadee, Haiti. If relaxing is not your thing, face your fears on Labadee’s zip line that suspends you over the pristine water or test your skills in beach Olympics. Finish out the cruise with a stop in Falmouth, Jamaica, where you can immerse yourself in Jamaican culture before spending another relaxing day at sea before booking your next GVC girls trip.
No matter how small, or large, your group is, or if you plan to relax or seek adventure, this cruise will create memories that last a lifetime. With a mix of activities and free time, you will get a well balanced vacation experience that fits your needs. Prefer not to attend our planned activities? No problem! We understand that every girls trip has different needs, but be sure to take advantage of all the added benefits GVC can provide.
