Vanessa Addrienne Consulting, LLC (VAC, LLC) is the parent company of GVC and serves as the agent of record for all travel bookings. VAC supports both group and individual travel planning, offering customized leisure travel experiences for clients seeking expert guidance and seamless execution.

Together, we blend expert travel planning, elevated experiences, and strong community connection.

The Opportunity

We are seeking Independent Travel Advisors (1099 Contractors) to join our growing team. This is a commission-based opportunity ideal for individuals who are:

  • Ambitious and self-motivated

  • Passionate about travel and creating experiences for others

  • Excited to grow within a supportive, entrepreneurial environment
     

This role is best suited for those who have some prior experience in travel planning, hospitality, events, or client-facing service—not brand-new to the industry, but still eager to learn and grow.

What You'll Do

For Girls Vacation Club (GVC):

  • Plan and book group travel experiences (international and domestic)

  • Assist with trip coordination and logistics

  • Manage client communications before and during travel

  • Track and manage group payments, deadlines, and documentation

  • Support on-site travel experiences (opportunity to travel with groups when needed)

  • Collaborate on trip concepts, itineraries, and enhancements

  • Provide a high-touch, community-centered client experience
     

For Vanessa Addrienne Consulting, LLC (VAC, LLC):

  • Plan and book custom leisure travel (individuals, couples, families)

  • Option to support or create group travel experiences

  • Build and maintain client relationships

  • Generate and cultivate your own book of business (in addition to some provided leads)

  • Stay informed on destinations, suppliers, and travel trends

  • Deliver exceptional, personalized travel planning services

What We Provide

    Structured support to ensure you feel confident in systems, suppliers, and processes

  • Leads (GVC + some VAC support)
    GVC advisors will receive qualified group travel leads
    VAC advisors will receive some leads, with opportunity to grow their own client base

    Peace of mind while you build and book

    Preferred partnerships, booking tools, and industry connections

Who You Are

  • Have prior experience in travel planning, hospitality, events, or a related field

  • Comfortable managing clients, timelines, and details

  • Strong communicator with a client-first mindset

  • Organized, proactive, and solution-oriented

  • Excited to be part of a brand that values community, inclusivity, and elevated experiences

  • Willing to both work leads and build your own client base
